What are your credentials/past experience for working in your position?
I’ve been a software architect for ten years, and I have been in management for the last five years. I have worked in the telematics industry, door locks, job search, sports, transportation, shipping, and so many more. This breadth of experience over the last two decades has given me a unique perspective on how we build software.
What do you like about working at S44?
S44 has created a fantastic team of people that are a joy to work with. The company does put people first, which is great for self-development and progression. I also like the company’s direction, using digital experiences to push technology forward.
What’s your background?
I grew up in a ski town in New Mexico. I joined the Navy when I ran out of money for college, which took me to places all over the world. I learned a lot through these years, including how different people with unique experiences can come together. In my spare time, I enjoy riding bikes and playing the guitar. I now live in Colorado, so I have developed a passion for the great outdoors – hiking, skiing, etc.
What are the values that drive you?
The products we are building must help someone and make their life easier. Of course, everything should make everyone’s life easier; we just need to think about it for a minute.
