Selection Process
Our selection process is designed to understand the whole person and determine a mutual fit.
All roles include a form of a technical assessment (technologists will be asked to participate in coding assessments, and creatives will be asked to submit a portfolio with relevant work samples).
You will get to meet with some of your peers to determine culture fit and learn about the team dynamic.
You may also be asked to meet with members of our executive team to assess soft skills required to drive innovation and collaboration on our teams.
