What are your credentials and experience for working in your position?
Since 25 years in the creative business. I started as a photographer and designer at a studio for advertising- and people photography, designed the first websites of some international brands in the nineties – have had the feeling, that we are creating a new era of design and communication. Of course, I was wrong - it wasn’t me and us alone, but I felt that way ;-) By then I had also understood that I couldn't give good answers to too many strategic questions. So, I wanted to get out in the world and learn from the best. At agencies like Leo Burnett, DDB or Wunderman I have built up brands, created international campaigns, built digital platforms, or designed user- and customer experiences at every possible touchpoint.
What’s your background?
Born in Germany and raised in Europe, I am a convinced European and enjoy the open borders and cultural diversity: Espresso in Naples, a Wiener Melange in Vienna, café au lait in Paris, and a cup of tea in London.
What are the values that drive you?
Openness and curiosity, integrity and reliability, courage and the pleasure to see things differently.
