What are your credentials and past experience for working in your position?
With my Master of Science in Organizational Development, I built up my work experience by working in various sectors in many countries — including the United States, China, Costa Rica, France, and Germany.
I have spent time in government, non-profit organizations, and the private sectors throughout my various roles, focusing on developing people and organizations.
What do you like about working at S44?
I love working at S44 because there is a culture open to new ideas. I can push myself and my team past our current limitations and always think about what’s next.
The CEO deeply cares about our people and values inclusion and belonging - which is fantastic as an HR business partner. I can advocate for our team members’ well-being and improve productivity.
I’m in a position to offer my support and be supported in an environment where collaboration is celebrated and we’re all motivated to do our best.
What’s your background?
I was born and raised in Germany but emigrated to the US in high school. I have lived on both coasts of the US, and I love nature and my animals to keep me centered.
I’m a mom of two wonderful daughters and love spending family time together. Before working for S44, I worked for the NYC Government.
What are the values that drive you?
I want to support every person to help them grow and reach their potential. I make sure that there are structures to help people find their ideal place and see where they can go. I am a strong advocate for equitable pay and ensuring everyone has a sense of belonging and trust at S44.
