What are your credentials and past experience for working in your position?
I’ve spent the last five years working as a Cloud Consultant, gaining experience working in different locations worldwide.
Working on various projects, teams, ideas, and technologies, I’ve cemented a growth mindset and continually seek out new learning opportunities.
Cloud services are allowing new businesses to emerge quickly from product to market, and in a way, they are changing the world.
What do you like about working at S44?
S44 allows me to grow my technical and leadership skills at the same time by providing opportunities to explore and use new technologies.
The working environment is dynamic, and everyone is focused on the goal, which allows individuals to take ownership and just do it.
S44 is a multicultural company where people come from different countries and continents - infusing different perspectives and experiences where everyone is motivated and focused, which keeps the group moving naturally.
What’s your background?
After achieving my qualifications in Software Engineering, I worked as a Java Developer for over two years. However, I quickly realized that my interests and passions lay elsewhere.
I moved to Dublin, Ireland, when I had the opportunity to work for a huge consultancy company as a Cloud Engineer.
I fell in love and was really impressed with the possibilities of cloud services, such as automation, and the many ways to leverage cloud services to keep businesses moving forward faster.
It was while working under my boss, Michael, that I learned the importance of automation. He helped me develop my out-of-the-box thinking style and taught me how to interact with people in big corp.
After that, I moved to Munich, Germany, where I still continue to work as a Cloud Consultant for big corporations.
I’ve continued my path for self-development and learning to solve problems from different perspectives through varying profiles of teams and individuals.
What are the values that drive you?
I’m passionate about helping make people’s lives easier, whether through developing automation processes, providing and receiving continuous feedback, or using my experience to help people solve their problems. I believe that technology should help people grow - not disrupt their lives.
